Hầu hết người tiêu dùng ở Việt Nam chỉ biết sử dụng quả bơ cho việc làm sinh tố, chưa biết về giá trị dinh dưỡng tuyệt vời cũng như cách sử dụng rất phong phú của quả bơ. - Dầu trái bơ có rất nhiều giá trị trong việc tái tạo và giữ ẩm cho làn da. Dầu bơ bảo vệ làn da không bị khô và tăng khả năng đàn hồi của da.

Nguồn dinh dưỡng cho trẻ em

Trái bơ rất dễ chế biến làm thức ăn cho bé, với trẻ từ 6 tháng tuổi trở lên, thì chỉ cần nghiền nhỏ phần thịt của Trái bơ, còn trẻ em lớn hơn thì có thể cắt thành từng miếng cho bé cắn.
